Legends of Andor

After defeating the dragon, new and exciting adventures await the heroes of Andor. With the help of the people from the west, they rebuild the burned down farms. They encounter Arbaks, the Andorian spirits of the forest. They soon face powerful, previously unknown enemies: an ice demon, an ancient earth spirit and the chief of the Skrale. And finally, the heroes in the interior of the Gray Mountains reveal a long-kept secret. Die Legenden von Andor: Die verschollenen Legenden "Düstere Zeiten" contains three new legends for the heroes of Andor. The first legend begins on the Cavern mine map, and the players are already part of what could mark a turning point in Andor's history...

This very limited hero board gives you the opportunity to add another hero to the Legend of Andor base game. Being yellow it replaces the dwarf hero board and also uses the material of the dwarf. It does therefor not add a fifth player to the game. Orfen (male) or Marfa (female) - The Wolf Warriors from the High Mountains - Rank 6 Special ability: When fighting, Orfen and Marfa have at least as many strength points as the decade of the field number they are on. So for example on field 46 they have at least 4 strength points. When fighting a troll, they can even add the decade to their strength points.

Die Legenden von Andor: Der Ruf der Skrale – first released at Spiel 2012 in Essen, Germany – is a single card expansion for Legends of Andor that be used with Legends 2-5 and comes into the game if the first Skral is killed. Once this card is active, all Skrals will move by one field; from then on, each time a Skral is killed, all Skrals immediately move one field.

"Die Befreiung der Mine" is a free legend for the base game. The heroes must find the dark mage Vakur and defeat him. Its a complete setup for a game including 12 legend cards. The game uses the back side of the gameboard. "Only a few knew that the heroes met the dark mage Vakur before they fight against the dragon Tarok. The mage hides in the mines of the dwarf well protect by the Skrals" The legend is free for download as pdf.

Legends of Andor: The Star Shield, dubbed the first expansion for Legends of Andor, presents the player heroes with new tasks they must now face. After defeating the dragon, the heroes go in search of the star shield – the great power of which could prove to be both a blessing and a curse should it fall into the wrong hands. To make matters even worse, hungry wolves have been sighted during their journey, but if the players succeed in taming the alpha wolf, the wolf pack will become faithful companions in their fight against a resurgent evil.

This card is part of the Spielbox magazine issue 01/2013. It is a single card expansion for Legends of Andor to be used with Legends 2-5 to slightly reduce the difficulty of the legends. RULES: At the beginning of the game a dice roll decides at which point the card comes into play. According to the dice value the card will be placed besides the legend bar. The card is activated if the narrator reaches this point of the legend bar. The card allows all players to give and receive willpower and strength with the other players. Any number of points can be moved among the players. The heroes do not need to be in the same zone. A hero must always have at least 1 willpower and 1 strength left. If other events happen at this point of the legend bar, this card always happens last.

"Die Eskorte des Königs" is a official free bonus legend and plays between legend 3 and legend 4. It´s a complete legend setup for a game including 8 legend cards. The legend takes place on the front side of the gameboard. "King Brandur embarks on a perilous journey. As the heroes of Andor remark his daring undertaking, ... only a few days are left to save the king and escort him safely through the country." The legend is free for download as .pdf. The Stranger The Stranger is a new hero for "Legends of Andor". His special feature is, that you can design him by yourself. You decide which name, special ability and colour he has.

Die Legenden von Andor: Die Wunschbrunnen (the wishing wells) – first released at Spiel 2013 in Essen, Germany – is a single card expansion for Legends of Andor that can be used with Legend "Ära des Sternenschilds" Rules: When a hero being on a field with a well instead of emptying it, disposes it on one of the open placement areas on the back of this card, the according wish is instantly fulfilled once. The well cannot be used for the rest of the game anymore. Wishes: 1. When a hero places a well here, the wolves only have double the strength value of the hero. This also applies for the alpha wolf. 2. When a hero places a well here, Varkur only has 6 strength instead of 10. 3. When a hero places a well here, all gifts of the Andori are instantly refreshed once. 4. When a hero places a well here, he may remove one creature or a boulders token from a golden shield at the castle.

A one-card-expansion for Legends of Andor for the Festival International des Jeux de Cannes 2013 for the legends 3-5. When the first hero arrives at the tree of chants (Field 57, resp. 45 in the mine) the heroes receive, apart from blue sky, toasted french bread and red wine: 1 water skin 2 gold pieces 1 spy-glass or 1 falcon 1 runestone from the board (Do not peek at the color before taking it) The gifts can be distributed among all heroes as they see fit.

Das Drachenlied (The Dragon Song) is a semi-official bonus card for The Legends of Andor Legend 5. This card was released in German by the game developer on the Tavern of Andor game forums. Hallo zusammen Der Schwierigkeitsgrad in „Die Legenden von Andor“ steigt mit jeder Legende stetig an. Darum sollte Legende 5 auch bewusst eine echte Herausforderung sein. Für alle Spieler denen die Version im Grundspiel ein bisschen zu schwer ist, habe ich hier eine Variante aufgeschrieben, mit der ihr den Schwierigkeitsgrad ein bisschen senken könnt. Viel Vergnügen Michael Menzel Spielvariante für Legende 5: „Das Drachenlied“ Legt eines der 6 Pergamente verdeckt auf den Baum der Lieder (Feld 57). Ein Held der auf Feld 57 steht, kann das Pergament aktivieren. Wenn er den Wert des Pergaments an Willenspunkten besitzt, kann er damit den Erzähler 1 Feld auf der Legendenleiste zurücksetzen. Das Pergament kommt dann aus dem Spiel. Er muss die Willenspunkte nicht abgeben, er muss diesen Wert nur besitzen. Sollte er den Wert nicht haben, bleibt das Pergament offen liegen. Er oder ein anderer Held kann später zum Baum der Lieder zurückkehren. Wenn dieser Held dann den geforderten Wert hat, kann der Erzähler 1 Feld zurückgesetzt werden und das Pergament kommt aus dem Spiel. Wichtig: Wenn der Erzähler zurückgesetzt wird, werden Legendenkarten oder Kreaturenplättchen nicht erneut aktiviert. Wer es noch ein bisschen leichter haben möchte legt zusätzlich ein zweites Pergament verdeckt auf die Taverne (Feld 72). Dieses Pergament funktioniert auf die gleiche Weise. Hello everyone The level of difficulty in "The Legends of Andor" increases steadily with each legend. That's why Legend 5 should be a real challenge. For all players who are a bit overwhelmed in the basic game version, I have written down a variant that will allow you to lower the difficulty a bit. Have Fun Michael Menzel Legend 5 Game Variant: "The Dragon Song" Place one of the 6 parchments face down on the Tree of Songs (space 57). A hero standing on space 57 can activate the parchment. If he has at least the value of the parchment of willpower points, he can use it to move the Narrator back 1 space on the legend track. The parchment is then removed from the game. He does not have to give up the willpower, he just has to have that value. If he does not have the value, the parchment remains on space 57. He or another hero may later return to the Tree of Songs. If this hero then has the required value, the Narrator can move back 1 space and the parchment is removed from the game. Important: If the narrator is reset, Legend Cards or creature tokens will not be reactivated. If you want to have it a bit easier, put a second parchment on the tavern (space 72). This parchment works in the same way.

Legends of Andor: New Heroes includes four new heroes for Legends of Andor, and these heroes can be used either with the base game or with The Star Shield expansion. With the new rules in this expansion, you can now play the game with up to six players. The new heroes are: Bragor/Rhega, a Tarus from Sturmtal Arbon/Talvora, a renegade keeper of the black archives Fenn/Fennah, tracker from the Southern Wood Kheelan/Kheela, warden of the Riverlands Also included is the "Brother Shield", and whoever carries this can exchange strength with one of the other heroes on the board twice. It can also be used as a normal shield. This expansion includes new creature boards that strengthens the power of creatures when playing with five or six players. The drunken troll wanders aimlessly through the lands and pushes a creature along his path when he meets one, and the Dark Heralds make the boss creature stronger.

Der Kampf um Cavern (The Battle for Cavern) is a bonus legend for Legends of Andor. It is played on the mine side of the board. This legend is the last big adventure in Andor before the heroes are starting their journey to the north (Legends of Andor: Journey to the North). The legend is playable with 2-4 players. With the expansion INVALID OBJECT ID=0151825, type=thing it is possible to experience the adventure with up to 6 heroes!

Der Unbekannte Krieger (The Unknown Warrior) is a blank hero for Game: Legends of Andor. You may fill in its dice, rank, and special abilities. It differs from the first blank hero, Legends of Andor: The Stranger, by having four willpower rows (like the Tarus from Legends of Andor: New Heroes). Die Rückkehr ("The Return") is a freely-downloadable legend for two heroes. This legend tells of the return of Chada and Thorn back to Andor as a prelude to Legends of Andor: The Last Hope. It is designed specifically for the heroes Chada and Thorn and two players. You need material from Legends of Andor: The Star Shield and Legends of Andor: Journey to the North. German description “Die Rückkehr“ ist eine trickreiche Mini-Legende für 2 Spieler. Sie kann als Prolog zu Legends of Andor: The Last Hope verstanden werden und spielt auf dem Andor-Spielplan.

"A long time ago Erloth used the scraps of his trashed barrow to build a stall. He sold mead and wine there and after some time it developed into a little hut - The 'Drunken Troll Tavern.' Merchants, voyagers, and heroes frequented it freely and Gilda, Erloth's granddaughter, was well-known and liked. Many times creatures ranged Andor but neither had they attacked it nor would anybody believe this the case. Until that fateful morning, as a farmer approached the heroes and gasped: 'Come quickly! The Drunken troll ravages the tavern!'" This legend was designed by the users of the official German-language Andor forum from May to September 2014. Made up of over 70 cards it is one of the longest legends of Andor, with high variability, and it uses components from New Heroes and The Star Shield in new ways. Die Jagd ("The Hunt") is a freely-downloadable solitaire legend released as chapter 3 of the "Adventure Andor" community forum game. This legend tells of the events back in Andor while most heroes began the journey to the north. It is designed specifically for the (also freely-downloadable) bonus hero Orfen or Marfa, the Wolf Warrior. German description “Die Jagd” ist eine neue Bonus-Legende für einen Spieler. Diese Legende erzählt die Geschehnisse im Lande Andor, während die meisten Helden die Reise in den Norden antraten und ist speziell für den Bonus-Helden Orfen, der Wolfskrieger gestaltet.

This mini-expansion is included with the novel "Die Legenden von Andor: Das Lied des Königs." It consists of a single card that allows you to gain different advantages by bringing farmers to the Tavern (space 72) rather than the castle.

Koram, the Gor Chieftain is a single-card expansion for Legends of Andor, offered at the Lucca Comics & Games Festival in 2015, which may be used with legends 2-5 or The Star Shield. At the beginning of the game, one gor is given a black base; this is Koram. The card is placed on the legend track by rolling a six-sided die. When the narrator reaches this space (and after any other tokens or cards on that space are activated) Koram is placed by rolling two six-sided dice for the 10s and 1s digit. As long as Koram is on the board all gors have six strength and give four gold/WP as a reward. Koram moves as usual for a gor, and should he reach space 0, this effect lasts until the end of the legend. Note: If another Legend card or a creature token is activated at the same time, the "Koram, the Gor Chieftain" card is read last.

Dunkle Eara Heldentableau is an expansion for Die Legenden von Andor: Die letzte Hoffnung and was offered at the SPIEL '16 fair as promo material and as download from the KOSMOS website. It contains on one side Liphardus, male dark magician from the north and on the other Eara, female dark magician from the north. This limited edition expansion comes with its own set of seven cards. - one rule card to explain the new ability for the dark mage. - six legend cards adding tasks for the dark mage to legends 11-17 As a special ability this hero can turn a single thrown dice of an enemy to its opposite side once every combat round - even against end bosses.

Legends of Andor: Dark Heroes is an expansion for Legends of Andor: The Last Hope that includes four new hero boards — along with dice, cards and stand-up figures — so that you can confront the final part of the Andor story with up to six heroes at once.

Die Legenden von Andor: Das Licht der fünften Stunde ("The Light of the fifth hour") is a single card expansion for Legends of Andor that was released for the 5th Anniversary of Legends of Andor at the Spiel 2017 in Essen, Germany. This Mini-Expansion can be used along any Legend of the three main games. Rules: During setup the card is is placed with the green arrow pointing at the 5th hour of the time track. The first hero who reaches the 5th hour on the time track with his/her time marker while performing the "fight" action increases his/her strength by 5 for this combat round. If several heros fight together and move their time markers on the 5th hour they still only add 5 to the group's strength. After the card has been used it is turned 180° so that the red arrow points at the 5th hour, indicating that the bonus cannot be used again until sunset. At sunrise the card is turned 180° again so the the green arrow points at the 5th hour. The bonus can be used again.
