Robinson Crusoe: Adventures on the Cursed Island is a game created by Ignacy Trzewiczek, the author of Stronghold. This time Trzewiczek takes the players to a deserted island, where they'll play the parts of shipwreck survivors confronted by an extraordinary adventure. They'll be faced with the challenges of building a shelter, finding food, fighting wild beasts, and protecting themselves from weather changes. Building walls around their homes, animal domestication, constructing weapons and tools from what they find, and much more await them on the island. The players decide in which direction the game will unfold and – after several in-game weeks of hard work – how their settlement will look. Will they manage to discover the secret of the island in the meantime? Will they find a pirate treasure, or an abandoned village? Will they discover an underground city or a cursed temple at the bottom of a volcano? Answers to these questions lie in hundreds of event cards and hundreds of object and structure cards that can be used during the game...
Robinson Crusoe: Adventures on the Cursed Island is an epic game from Portal. You will build a shelter, palisade, weapons, you will create tools like axes, knives, sacks, you will do everything you can to… to survive. You will have to find food, fight wild beasts, protect yourself from weather changes…
Take the role of one of four characters from the ship crew (cook, carpenter, explorer, or soldier) and face the adventure. Use your determination skills to help your teammates, discuss with them your plan, and put it into practice. Debate, discuss, and work on the best plan you all can make.
Search for treasures. Discover mysteries. Follow goals of six different, engaging scenarios. Start by building a big pile of wood and setting it on fire to call for help, and then start new adventures. Become an exorcist on cursed Island. Become a treasure hunter on Volcano Island. Become a rescue team for a young lady who’s stuck on rock island…
Let the adventure live!

This promo scenario (a one-page printed rule sheet, the back side shows an advertisement for the base game) for "Robinson Crusoe" was released by Pegasus Spiele and contains one new scenario which is quite fitting thematically but also has some humour in it.
This is known as "The Deadly Adventure on King Kong Island" in the Book of Adventures.
From the description:
"You're on a trip with some film makers from Hollywood who want to make a movie about a Giant Ape on a forgotten island. As soon as you arrive, this job seems easier said than done... Can you protect the crew, trap the monster, and make it back to safety alive? Lights, camera, action!"
Licht, Kamera, Action!"

This expansion was created for the Kickstarter campaign of the book "Board Games That Tell Stories". The expansion contains 9 special Beach cards.
This thematic mini-expansion allows for taking a special Gathering action on the Beach type tile (tile no.8). Instead of gathering wood or food from the tile players can draw and resolve 1 Beach Card. This way the castaways may find precious things among the remains of the ship.

This character was created for the Kickstarter campaign of the book Board Games That Tell Stories.
The Sailor character is Ignacy's nemesis. He tried to design it in 2012 for the base game, but he didn't succeed. One year later he tried it again for the expansion Voyage of the Beagle, but failed at it again. The book's campaign was a success, and Ignacy promised to give the Sailor character another chance. And here it is.
The sailor is a great swimmer. He can discard two determination tokens to ignore river tiles when calculating distance on the island.
The sailor has a treasure map. For three determination tokens, he can take a special gathering action once on an island tile with a totem icon. If successful, the Sailor draws a mystery card, resolving only a trap or a treasure. This ability may only be used once per tile, even if the tile has more than one totem icon.
The sailor has some tricks to conserve food. For 2 determination tokens, he can change one food into one non-perishable food.
The sailor is also tough. He can discard 1 determination token to re-roll an injury die (brown, grey or green).

Crewman cards are not considered players, but are special Characters that are used to reduce the difficulty of a scenario. Regardless of the number of players, before you start the game, you can choose 1 Crewman card.
None of the crewman cards affect the total number of players when considering Shelter, Roof, and Palisade costs or in any other case.
There are 6 different Crewman cards available in this set.

both Artist and the Old Cook require Shelter, otherwise during the Night phase they receive Wounds for sleeping in the open air
Determination tokens are useless for them
the Old Cook is affected by weather
when playing with the Artist the First Player receives +1 Determination in the Morale phase
when playing with the Old Cook during each Hunting action the Beast gives the players +1 Food and +1 Fur
Pilgrim
Playing with Pilgrim each round during Action phase one of the players may re-roll one Action die of any color.

Herb Garden allows you, after a successful Gather Action from a tile, to put a black pawn and move it further in each production phase. After some time, the herbs are grown and they allow to heal one wound. Otherwise this tile is considered part of the Camp for all in-game purposes.
Pen allows you, after a successful Gather Action from an animal resource, to put a black marker the space on this tile. If both spaces contain a black marker, this means that your animals are breeding. This tile then produces one food in each Production phase till the end of the game. Otherwise this tile is considered part of the Camp for all in-game purposes.

Hunting Adventures is a mini expansion for Robinson Crusoe: Adventures on the Cursed Island board game.
This expansion makes Hunting even more unpredictable - you will still encounter the beasts but the circumstances may vary...
BEFORE THE GAME
Shuffle the 14 "Hunting Adventures" cards into the Beast deck.
GAMEPLAY
Treat the cards from this expansion as regular Beast cards for the purposes of drawing, shuffling, creating the Hunting deck, and all of the operations on the Beast cards.
Important: When Hunting card instructs you to draw a card(s) from the Hunting deck and there are no cards to draw - draw them from the Beast deck instead. If you need to draw a Beast card, keep drawing until you find one (ignore the "Hunting Adventures" cards). Reshuffle the Beast deck afterwards.
The pack contains:
1 ruleset

It was created by Themistoklis Dakanalis, the 2017 contest winner. Time Travel will take you (no surprise there) back in time, to an era of dangerous beasts and rare healing plants. Your goal would be to save your own life in the race against time itself! Never have you played anything like that in Robinson Crusoe.
Time Travel was part of the Robinson Crusoe Event Kit 2018.

During the first 3 rounds you can use explore action on this tile - only 1 action per round allowed.
